Please note:An Australian Miniature Goat is an animal that is registered with the Australian Miniature Goat Association Inc (AMGA) and has had its height verified and meets the grade standards for the breed on reaching two (2) years of age (receiving provisional grading) or three years of age (final grading). Any stock, with two registered Australian Miniature Goat parents, under the age of three (3) years will not have had a final height verification and therefore are classified as Miniature Bred. It has been determined that an Australian Miniature Goat, under the age of three (3) years, has not completed its growing and may therefore exceed the height restrictions of the Miniature Goat breed, 63.5cm (25") for the lower grades. Before purchasing an Australian Miniature Goat, or Miniature Bred Goat, you should be made aware by the breeder of the age and the lineage of any animal that you intend to buy. You should also ask to see the AMGA Registration Certificate (with photo included) as well as any parents, grandparents and siblings where available.

We do sometimes sell does that are in kid and they will be accompanied by a service certificate showing parentage. We do not offer an 'In Kid' guarantee for any does we sell as we will usually not sell a doe, advertising it to be ‘in kid’, without being sure of the pregnancy and our prices are set accordingly. If for some reason a doe, sold 'in kid', does not produce a kid then we are more than happy to discuss the options available so please contact us.
If you are interested in becoming involved in breeding Australian Miniature Goats then we are happy to help put breeder starter packs together where available. We work with other Australian Miniature Goat Association registered breeder members to support you in this.
